- A case of "subjective" Frégoli syndrome.: We present an unusual presentation of Frégoli syndrome in which a patient believed that copies of his own mind inhabited the bodies of others. Given that the misidentificat ion syndrome called subjective doubles involves the delusional belief that one's own physical double exists, by analogy this patient suffered from "subjecti ve" Frégoli syndrome.
